Yes, the whole point is to raise money for the puppers, but not at the expense of your body! We highly recommend training for what movements you do in life, especially if these moves are new to you. Below is a collection of videos that may be helpful for your push ups and shoulder health, and a few videos that may help when something feels a little off.
